School Gyms Policy
GOAT Ballers Soccer Club uses school gymnasiums for our indoor soccer development programs. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality, fun, and educational experiences for our players, please follow these facility guidelines:
- Respect School Property and Staff: Treat the school and its staff with respect. Follow any instructions provided. If you have concerns, do not argue—note the issue and forward it to train@goatballers.com.
- Parking Regulations: Follow all posted parking rules on school property.
- School Access: If the school is not open at the scheduled time, do not contact the school directly. Notify your session coach instead.
- Punctuality: Arrive on time. Sessions have fixed start and end times and cannot begin early or run late.
- Restricted Access: Only use the gymnasium and washrooms. Do not wander through other areas of the school.
- Supervision of Young Children: Children not participating in the program must remain seated with their parents at all times.
- Washroom Supervision: Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent when using the washroom.
- Appropriate Footwear: Only clean, dry gym shoes with non-marking soles are allowed inside the gym.
- Outside Footwear: Remove all outdoor shoes and place them neatly outside the gym before entering.
- Food and Drink: No food or drink is allowed in the gym, except for water in a plastic bottle.
- School Equipment: Do not use school equipment unless permitted. Return any moved chairs or benches to their original position.
- Cleanliness Upon Departure: Take all personal belongings and dispose of garbage in designated bins outside the gym.
- Timely Departure: Exit the facility promptly at the end of your session.
Policy Enforcement: Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of coaching privileges or cancellation of player registration without refund.
