Training Structure

Proven training methodology that mirrors the player development approach of elite European academies.

Each session is divided into four distinct phases:

  • Game-Like Intensity (Tactical Application): The session culminates in small-sided games and tactical scenarios. This allows players to apply their newly practiced skills under competitive pressure, fostering intelligent decision-making and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic Movement Activation: We begin by preparing the body with targeted, dynamic movements, ensuring players are warmed up, mentally engaged, and ready to perform at their best while reducing the risk of injury.
  • Coordination & Reaction: This phase uses engaging drills to sharpen the player’s cognitive and motor skills. This is where we work on fundamental athletic building blocks crucial for quick decision-making and agility on the ball.
  • Ball Familiarity (Technical Focus): Players spend concentrated time mastering their technique. We use repetitive, high-touch drills to ensure comfort and total control, turning advanced technical skills into second nature.

No. A lot of our kids have started to play the very first time with us and now they’re real ballers. We are are students and learning everyday

Will the team participate in any leagues?

Yes, the kids will train and eventually they will participate in leagues where they can develop more the feeling of being part of team and go through emotional rollercoaster of what it takes to be a champ.

Does the kid need any equipment?

We provide all the training gear: goals, hurdles, balls, cones, bibs etc. However the kids need to always be wearing the kit when training with the club or playing on a league. The kits can be ordered here. When playing outside, preferably the kids need to wear cleats, and when playing indoors in gyms they need to be wearing appropriate indoor shoes (futsal, sala).

Yes, unlike many other clubs, our priority number 1 is development and progress. We will always have limited numbers of spaces on our groups and will make sure to not have more than 8 kids per instructor.
